My Kickstarter In Its Second Week and Nearly Funded!

My Kickstarter is now in its second week and almost 80% funded…

I've launched Knight’s Blood, the third book in my Knights Tower Series in my first Kickstarter.

I was warned this would not be easy. I’ve been promoting more on Facebook and using memes for the first tiime. (Yes, I am a Ludite.) The first meme was really ironic, a dog in a space suit reading Knight’s Blood. My series features a dog in chainmail, who’s become a knight. In fact, the banner of my kingdom is a dog standing up, wearing chainmail, holding a short straw. So, the meme featuring a dog at night reading a book with a main character who’s a dog knight strikes me as really funny.

I know, I’ve an odd sense of humor. But it also makes for a series like you’ve never seen. The books are about Sir Harry, the last knight of the poorest of realms. Actually, it’s the worst of kingdoms because it borders the Forbidden, and the knights of the Order of the Broken Table defend that border, along with upgraded dogs, humanines.

But worse for the last knight of the realm is why he’s the last knight. The others have all either been murdered along with their loved ones, or died protecting that border…. and now a steam powered dragon’s making things far too interesting.

What’s a poor knight to do? Well, Sir Harry’s about to show the other kingdoms and the two empires conquering the continent that he and the Kingdom of Lasdrah are not to be underestimated.

As part of this launch, I’ve also revised the first two books in the series: Knight of the Broken Table, and Changling Knight. Knight of the Broken Table will have a new cover and Changling Knight’s cover will be slightly modified.

Backers of this successful project will receive never previously published stories, and previously published ones like Last Knight, a prequel to Knights Tower Series, and a lot more. I’m also offering a sampler of all the first books in all my other series, and dedications and tuckerizations.

The stretch goal I’m really looking forward to is offering Kickstarter special hardcover editions of the Knights Tower series. The Kickstarter can be found here.
